This Delivery Policy outlines how tickets and rental equipment purchased through maestroevents.ae are delivered or collected.

1.DIGITAL TICKET DELIVERY
  • All event tickets purchased online are delivered electronically (e-tickets)> to the email address provided at the time of checkout.
  • E-tickets are typically sent immediately after successful payment confirmation.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the provided email address is accurate and accessible.
  • If e-tickets are not received, customers should check their Spam/Junk folder and contact us at info@maestroevents.ae if needed.
2. PHYSICAL TICKET OR EQUIPMENT COLLECTION

Where applicable, customers may be required to collect physical tickets or rental equipment from a designated location.

  • Customers must present:
    • A printed or digital copy of the Order Confirmation / e-ticket, and
    • A valid government-issued photo ID matching the order details.
  • Collection times and locations will be communicated in the Order Confirmation email.

Maestro Events LLC reserves the right to refuse release of tickets or equipment if verification requirements are not met.

3. EQUIPMENT DELIVERY & SETUP (IF APPLICABLE)

For rental equipment orders that include delivery:

  • Delivery, setup, operation, and pickup times will be agreed upon in advance and confirmed in writing.
  • Customers must ensure clear and safe access to the venue during the scheduled delivery and pickup windows.
  • Any delay or failed delivery caused by customer unavailability, restricted access, or incorrect address details may result in additional charges.
4. DELIVERY FEES
  • Delivery and pickup charges, if applicable, will be clearly stated during checkout or in the quotation.
  • Additional fees may apply for:
    • Redelivery attempts
    • Waiting time due to site unavailability
    • Delivery outside standard working hours
    • Changes to the delivery schedule requested after confirmation
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery details and contact information
  • Be available or assign an authorized representative during delivery and pickup
  • Inspect delivered items immediately and report any issues at the time of delivery

Failure to do so may limit our ability to address delivery-related concerns.

6. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

Maestro Events LLC shall not be held liable for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

7. NON-DELIVERY OR FAILED COLLECTION

If tickets or equipment are not collected or accepted at the agreed time due to customer-related reasons, the order may be treated as fulfilled, and no refund may be issued, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
