5. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

• All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED)
• Payments are accepted via Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards only, processed through secure payment gateways.
• Orders are confirmed only aŌer successful payment.
• Maestro Events LLC does not store customers’ payment card details.

6. TICKETS & RENTALS

• Tickets represent a revocable license to aƩend an event and are subject to venue and promoter rules.
• Rental equipment remains the property of Maestro Events LLC at all times
• Customers are responsible for the proper use, care, and Ɵmely return of rented equipment.

7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

CancellaƟons and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

8. DELIVERY & COLLECTION

Delivery, setup, and collection of Ɵckets or equipment are governed by our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and soŌware, is the property of Maestro Events LLC and is protected by UAE intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent

10. THIRD-PARTY EVENTS & SERVICES

Maestro Events LLC is not responsible for:

• Event cancellaƟons, changes, or postponements by promoters
• Venue rules, safety measures, or event quality
• Acts or omissions of third-party promoters or service providers

Any disputes related to the event itself should be addressed to the Seller/Promoter.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permiƩed by UAE law, Maestro Events LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequentional damages arising from use of the website, attendance at events, or use of rented equipment.

12. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maestro Events LLC, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of services.

13. TERMINATION

Maestro Events LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website at any Ɵme, without notice, if these Terms are violated.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The UAE is our country of domicile.

15. SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE

Maestro Events LLC will not provide services or products to individuals or entities from OFAC-sanctoned countries, in compliance with UAE law.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS
