1. GENERAL POLICY

All sales made through maestroevents.ae are considered final, unless otherwise stated by the Seller/Promoter or required under applicable UAE consumer protection laws. Refunds and cancellaƟons are subject to the nature of the product or service purchased.

2. EVENT TICKETS

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where:
  • The event is cancelled, or
  • The event is rescheduled and the Seller/Promoter authorizes refunds
• In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, refund eligibility and timelines are determined by the Seller/Promoter, not Maestro Events LLC
• Service or processing fees, if any, may be non-refundable

3. RENTAL SERVICES & EQUIPMENT

For equipment rentals or event services:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the confirmed job or delivery date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total order value.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the job or delivery date will be charged 100% of the first-day rental or service fee.
• Orders cancelled after delivery, setup, or service commencement are non-refundable.

4. FORCE MAJEURE

CancellaƟons due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (such as illness, death, extreme weather, government restricƟons, or other force majeure events) may be considered on a caseby-case basis. Where applicable, only actual costs incurred by Maestro Events LLC may be charged, provided the job is rescheduled within three (3) months.

5. REFUND PROCESS

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Refunds may take 7–14 working days to reflect, depending on the issuing bank and payment provider.
• Maestro Events LLC is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Failure to aƩend an event
• Failure to collect Ɵckets or equipment at the agreed Ɵme
• Incorrect personal details or email address provided by the customer
• Change of mind aŌer purchase
• ParƟal use of rented equipment or services

7. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Customers are encouraged to contact info@maestroevents.ae before initiatng a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order cancellation and suspension of future services.

8. AMENDMENTS TO ORDERS

Requests to modify orders (date, time, quantity, or services) are subject to availability and Seller/Promoter approval. AddiƟonal charges may apply.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The UAE is our country of domicile.
