Our platform enables customers to purchase event tickets and rent event-related equipment online in a secure and efficient manner. By accessing this website or completing a transaction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

2. DEFINITIONS

• Customer / User: Any individual or legal entity using the website or purchasing products or services
• Seller / Promoter:The event organizer or product owner responsible for the event or service.
• Ticket:A revocable license granting the holder the right to attend a specific event, subject to conditions imposed by the venue or promoter.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE

Users must be 18 years of age or older to register, purchase, or transact on this website. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. CURRENCY & PRICING

• All prices are displayed and charged in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED)
• Any currency conversion or internaƟonal transacƟon fees are the responsibility of the cardholder and are determined by the issuing bank.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

• Payments are accepted online via Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards only.
• Payments are processed through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• Maestro Events LLC does not store or have access to customers’ card details.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and these Terms & Conditions.

6. ROLE OF MAESTRO EVENTS LLC

Maestro Events LLC acts as a booking and ticketing agent on behalf of the Seller/Promoter.

• We do not set ticket prices or control ticket inventory
• Availability, pricing, event schedules, and cancellations are determined by the Seller/Promoter.

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION & E-TICKETS

• Orders must be paid within 10 minutes of confirmation; unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
• Upon successful payment, customers will receive an Order Confirmation email with invoice and e-tickets (where applicable).
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the email address provided.

If confirmation is not received, customers must contact info@maestroevents.ae immediately. Failure to do so before the event or collection date may result in loss without liability to Maestro Events LLC.

8. TICKET LIMITS & FRAUD PREVENTION

• Ticket quantities may be limited per customer.
• Orders exceeding specified limits may require identity verification.
• Maestro Events LLC reserves the right to cancel suspected fraudulent transactions and refund payments to the original card used.

9. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise stated by the Seller/Promoter:

• CancellaƟons made 48 hours prior to the service or event date may be charged up to 50%.
• CancellaƟons made within 24 hours are subject to 100% charge of the first rental day or ticket value.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe as per UAE banking regulations.

Force majeure cases may be considered at Maestro Events LLC’s discretion.

10. DELIVERY, COLLECTION & EQUIPMENT USE (IF APPLICABLE)

• Customers must be available at the agreed time for delivery, setup, and collection.
• Additional charges may apply for failed delivery or re-collection
• Equipment must be used responsibly and in accordance with instructons provided

11. DAMAGE, LOSS & LIABILITY

Customers are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment while in their possession, including damage caused by event attendees. Unreturned equipment may be treated as lost or stolen and handled in accordance with UAE law.

12. CUSTOMER INDEMNITY

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maestro Events LLC, its employees, and representatives against any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from misuse of tickets or rented equipment.

13. COPYRIGHT & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Customers must ensure compliance with all copyright, licensing, and intellectual property laws. Maestro Events LLC reserves the right to refuse service where legal permissions are not provided.

14. UNAUTHORIZED RESALE OF TICKETS

Unauthorized resale, duplication, or commercial use of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and CondiƟons shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
